Paušalni Konfigurator

Five questions, and you know exactly what your flat-rate business owes.

What it solves

Every obligation in one place

The rules for Croatia's flat-rate sole trader scheme are scattered across laws, forms and forum threads — and every situation is slightly different. Fiscalization, VAT, EU clients, thresholds and deadlines don't apply the same way to everyone. Paušalni Konfigurator turns that around: answer five questions about your business and get the overview that applies to you — no legal reading, no guesswork.

How it works

From questions to answers in 30 seconds

01

Five questions

You answer 5 questions: status, VAT, type of work, type of client and payment method.

02

Personalized overview

The configurator builds an overview for your exact combination — duties, deadlines, forms, thresholds and warnings.

03

No law reading

Instead of regulations and forums you get concrete steps and dates, written in plain language.

04

Come back anytime

Access lasts a full year — change your answers and get a new overview whenever your business changes.

Tech

What's behind the Configurator

Static frontend (HTML/CSS/JS)PHP backend + SQLiteNode.js API (Express)Magic-link login + JWTLemon Squeezy billing (MoR)

The business logic covers 240 answer combinations and lives on a separate API, decoupled from the frontend. Login is passwordless via magic link, access is verified with a JWT, and each result carries a discreet watermark with the buyer's email.

For whom

Who uses Paušalni Konfigurator

Croatian flat-rate sole traders — those already running a business who want to check they're on solid ground, and those just registering who need a clear list of obligations from day one. It also works as a quick reference for accountants advising clients.

Billing is an annual subscription through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, so EU VAT is handled on their side.
